1. Project Background
Large general hospitals consist of multiple building zones including outpatient buildings, inpatient buildings, medical technology buildings, underground parking lots and hyperbaric oxygen areas, with massive internal pipelines, medical supporting equipment and logistics facilities. Traditional logistics management faces multiple challenges: hard-to-inspect hidden pipelines, inefficient offline repair request circulation, isolated asset & maintenance data, lack of real-time energy consumption monitoring, and separated systems for campus security and logistics operation. This unified hospital logistics operation management platform is constructed with BIM digital twin as the visual foundation, connecting all businesses of logistics maintenance, equipment monitoring and security management, realizing one-screen overview of hospital-wide logistics resources and full-process online closed-loop management.
2. Platform Architecture & Four Core Subsystems
(1) Unified Login Portal
The platform home page adopts the 3D bird’s-eye digital model of the whole hospital as the login interface. A unified entry aggregates four business systems: Operation & Maintenance BIM System, Logistics Management System, Security Management BIM System and Work Order System. It supports switching between internal and external network environments, together with clock-in, account permission management and basic system configuration, realizing single sign-on and unified permission control across multiple systems.
(2) Operation & Maintenance BIM Visual System (Digital Twin Foundation)
A complete layered 3D BIM model of the whole hospital is built, displaying buildings by zones such as outpatient building, medical inpatient building, oncology building, parking lot and basement. It supports sectional viewing of building facades, indoor floors and underground electromechanical pipelines, with five built-in functional modules:
- Pipeline Dashboard: Visually displays the distribution of hidden pipelines for water supply & drainage, HVAC, strong & weak electricity, enabling fast fault location.
- Energy Management: Collects real-time water and electricity consumption data of the whole hospital, with zone-based statistics and trend analysis.
- Equipment Monitoring: Binds air conditioners, water pumps, lighting and medical supporting equipment across the hospital, monitors real-time operation status and sends automatic alerts for abnormalities.
- Medical Management: Connects medical supporting logistics facilities to manage oxygen supply, medical sewage and auxiliary diagnosis equipment.
- Environmental Quality: Monitors indoor temperature, humidity, ventilation and air quality indicators of the hospital.
(3) Logistics Operation Management Business System
A standardized online backend covering full-process logistics businesses. The left menu covers all-scenario logistics functions:
- Maintenance & Upkeep Management: Work orders are categorized into Not Started, In Progress and Completed. Users can create new repair orders, manage fault types, search orders and export data, recording repair locations, equipment types and maintenance progress.
- Scheduling, Contract, File & Fixed Asset Management: Centralized management of logistics staff shifts, equipment maintenance contracts, equipment archives and hospital-wide fixed asset ledgers.
- Public Broadcasting, Uniform, Quotation, Inspection & Payment Application Management: Supports full-process online approval for logistics staff supplies, daily patrols, maintenance quotations and financial payment applications.
(4) Supporting Work Order System & Security Management BIM System
The work order system serves as a fast entry for repair submission, simplifying reporting procedures for medical and logistics staff. The Security Management BIM System carries campus security monitoring, patrol and hidden danger inspection businesses based on the 3D model, and shares data with logistics operation to realize integrated management of safety and logistics.

This mini-program is a weighing management system for merchants under the Garbage Sorting Experience Center, consisting of two operation modules: Administrator Portal and Merchant Portal. Designed for shopping mall stores, street vendors and garbage sorting operation staff, it realizes digital registration, weight statistics and data traceability for the whole process of merchant waste delivery. After logging in, administrators can input waste delivery weight, scan exclusive merchant QR codes to bind merchant information, upload on-site delivery photos, and archive delivery records with one click. The system supports monthly summary reports of all merchants’ delivery data, displaying the total monthly waste weight of each merchant, with flexible filtering by year and month for data review. Merchants can generate or refresh their exclusive identification QR codes, and independently check their monthly weighing & delivery records for self-verification of waste delivery ledgers. Basic management functions including merchant unbinding and QR code refresh are available. As a lightweight WeChat mini-program with no installation required, it is easy for operation staff and merchants to operate, perfectly matching scenarios such as offline waste collection, merchant garbage sorting assessment and environmental ledger filing.
