For content operations, the system provides modules for homepage banners, news announcements, activity calendars, hot topics, online consultation, and practice base showcases. It also supports faculty display, instructor application review, faculty consultation handling, and the maintenance of introductory content such as course introductions, certification center information, and about-us pages.
For general education and organization management, the backend allows operators to maintain partner organizations or practice base profiles, including organization name, code, contact person, phone number, and remarks. Operators can generate redemption codes for specific courses or course packages based on selected organizations, with configurable code validity periods, post-redemption learning validity, quantity, and business notes. Each batch of generated codes automatically creates a redemption order for later verification and tracking.
For data analysis, the backend provides views for course redemption overview, organization-based learner lists, redemption code status, redemption records, learning progress, and course completion statistics. Operators can analyze learning delivery from both course and learner perspectives, supporting training management, organization coordination, operational review, and business settlement.
