Underground commercial street of a subway station in a certain city
This project develops an integrated BIM visual asset operation & maintenance platform for underground commercial blocks of metro stations, integrating three core capabilities: Building Information Modeling technology, asset leasing management, and intelligent equipment monitoring & maintenance. The platform constructs a full-scale, layered 3D digital twin model to intuitively display the spatial layout of building pipelines, store units and electromechanical equipment. It realizes digital management of store leasing, rent collection and merchant ledgers for asset operation, and covers online monitoring, maintenance work orders and energy consumption statistics for all types of electromechanical equipment such as water supply & drainage, air conditioning, ventilation and smoke exhaust. The system connects the full business chain of commercial real estate including investment leasing and property maintenance, and achieves visualized building assets, data-driven operation and intelligent maintenance. It supports long-term management of real estate projects such as metro commercial blocks and comprehensive shopping malls.
