Project Overview

Industrial parks, medical institutions and factories have a wide range of special equipment including power distribution, medical gas, refrigeration, water supply and UPS systems, which require high-frequency regular inspections. Traditional paper-based inspection leads to missing records, unregulated missed inspections, untraceable faults and inefficient data statistics. Our integrated Special Equipment Inspection Management Platform consists of PC management backend and mobile on-site operation terminal, realizing full-link digital management including equipment archiving, inspection configuration, task dispatch, on-site execution, data statistics and fault traceability, and standardizing maintenance workflow of special equipment.

1. Functions of PC Management Backend

1. General Inspection Dashboard The homepage visually displays daily inspection completion data categorized by all facility types, and counts total equipment quantity and inspection items. Ring charts clearly present inspection completion rate and equipment fault data of the day, week, month and year, enabling overall supervision of special equipment inspection status.
2. Classified Equipment Archive Management All power special equipment including operation & maintenance center, power distribution room, freezer plant, medical gas system, energy station and catch basin are archived uniformly, classified as running or suspended. The system supports new equipment creation, batch template import and unified category management, and generates exclusive QR codes for each device with one click.
3. Custom Standard Inspection Checklist Configuration Custom inspection items can be set for each type of special equipment, including inspection content, judgment standards and inspection cycles (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly). Administrators can add, delete and edit inspection items flexibly to match diverse maintenance specifications of different equipment.
4. Inspection Task & Historical Record Control Inspection tasks are created and assigned to designated inspectors on the backend. All historical inspection records, results and attached photos of each device can be reviewed, with functions of equipment shutdown maintenance and maintenance plan binding to store full-lifecycle operation and maintenance data.

2. On-site Inspection Functions of Mobile Terminal

1. Equipment Overview List The mobile terminal displays all special equipment under the inspector’s charge, marked as running or suspended, with clear display of matched inspection checklist quantity and assigned staff.
2. Multi-cycle On-site Inspection Submission Pending inspection tasks are sorted by daily, weekly, monthly and yearly cycles. Inspectors scan the equipment QR code on site to enter the inspection page, fill in equipment operating status item by item, and upload on-site photos as evidence.
3. Traceable Historical Inspection Records Built-in calendar view supports date-based retrieval of all past inspection logs of each equipment, including historical results, operators, timestamps and attached pictures, for rapid traceback of malfunctions and abnormal conditions.
4. Online Equipment Information Inquiry Equipment archives, full inspection items and cycles can be checked anytime, helping on-site maintenance staff operate in accordance with unified standards.

Project Value

The platform connects online management and offline on-site operation of special equipment, recording all inspection procedures automatically, aggregating data in real time and forming closed-loop tracking for abnormalities.
