For the learning workflow, learners can register and log in, then redeem courses by selecting an organization and entering a redemption code. The system validates whether the code exists, whether it is expired, whether it has already been used, and whether the code belongs to the selected organization. After successful redemption, the course appears in “My Courses” or “My Redemptions,” where learners can watch course videos, study by chapters and lessons, and have their progress, latest learning time, and completion status recorded.
For personal learning management, the platform provides features such as My Courses, order records, learning history, favorites, messages, profile information, and account settings. Learners can continue unfinished courses, review redemption records, track learning status, and submit course ratings or feedback after learning.
For partner organizations or practice base administrators, the public website also provides a dedicated management panel. Organization administrators can view redemption code usage, learner lists, and learning progress for their own organization, but cannot generate or deactivate codes. This creates a clear multi-role workflow where platform operators manage code issuance and overall operations, while organization administrators track learner participation and training progress.
